OUr HISTORY

Prior to 1899, people in the Rosthern area gathered to share produce, promote agriculture, show off their livestock and from there the Rosthern Agricultural Society was born. We still hold this heritage near and dear to our hearts. The RAS promotes the continuation of agriculture through volunteerism, raising money for worthy causes, and putting on events throughout the year that show us what good, clean family fun looks like! With a focus on youth initiatives and multicultural inclusiveness, the RAS is set on another century of growing and learning.
